ABOUT YOUR TRAINER

Katrina Scott

Hi, I’m Katrina Scott, and I’m so excited to welcome you to Studio KSL. As a mom of three, a certified personal trainer, and a lifelong advocate for health and wellness, my mission is to empower women to feel strong, confident, and connected in every season of life.

I fell in love with teaching while earning my degree in Health Science and have dedicated my life to personal training and helping women achieve strength and longevity through movement and wellness practices.

Through your KSL programs, I combine dynamic movement, mindfulness, and lifestyle practices to support vitality and overall well-being. I'm so thankful we're connected!
