Coconut is a rich source of healthy fats, particularly medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which can boost energy and support brain function. The combination of coconut milk, chia seeds, and Colostrum Infused Collagen powder offers a hydrating and anti-inflammatory boost, while providing essential nutrients for skin and joint health.


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Colostrum Infused Collagen powder or plant based protein(optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond milk… or as needed to blend

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If needed, adjust the consistency by adding more coconut water or almond milk.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
