Tropical Mango Ginger Smoothie


Benefits:

Mango is packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, which support immune health and skin rejuvenation. The addition of fresh ginger adds a zesty anti-inflammatory kick, while the colostrum-infused collagen supports gut and joint health. Coconut milk adds a creamy texture and healthy fats for sustained energy.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (optional for extra anti-inflammatory benefits)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Optional to add Colostrum or Plant-based protein

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust consistency with more coconut milk if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
