This is my go-to smoothie that I make a few times a week. It’s simple, easy, and delicious!
It’s optional to add the Colostrum Infused Collagen or a scoop of your favorite protein powder.

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk (or your favorite nut milk)
- 1/2 cup frozen berries of your choice (e.g., raspberries, strawberries)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shavings
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Toppings: Additional coconut shavings or cacao nibs
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy- optional to add more nut milk to blend.
- Pour into a glass or bowl and top with coconut shavings or cacao nibs.
