This smoothie is packed with antioxidants from the mixed berries, which help combat inflammation and protect your cells from oxidative damage. The addition of frozen banana gives it a smooth, creamy texture while providing natural sweetness and a boost of potassium for heart and muscle health. Avocado contributes healthy fats and fiber, supporting heart health and satiety. The Colostrum and Collagen promote skin elasticity, joint health, and gut healing. Chia seeds provide omega-3 fatty acids and fiber, aiding digestion and promoting heart health. This smoothie will leave you feeling nourished and energized all day long.


Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries)
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 frozen banana (for extra creaminess and coldness)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Colostrum Infused Collagen powder or plant based protien
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for added flavor)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for an even colder smoothie)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    Wash the mixed berries, slice the avocado, and peel the banana before freezing it (if not already frozen).
  2. Blend:
    In a high-speed blender, add all the ingredients: mixed berries, avocado, frozen banana, chia seeds, collagen powder, almond milk, almond butter, and cinnamon (if using).
  3. Blend until Smooth:
    Blend everything together until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Serve:
    Pour into a glass, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy!
