Ingredients:
1 cup sparkling water
1-inch piece of ginger (grated and strained for juice)
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
A sprig of fresh rosemary


Benefits: Anti-inflammatory and supports circulation.
Instructions: Muddle rosemary in the glass, add ginger juice and honey, and top with sparkling water.
