
You’re going to love these holiday ginger snaps! We couldn’t get enough of them in our house 🙂
- 1 ¾ cups almond flour
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar for rolling (optional)
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.
- Roll dough into balls and coat in coconut sugar.
- Bake at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.
