You’re going to love these holiday ginger snaps! We couldn’t get enough of them in our house 🙂 

  • 1 ¾ cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar for rolling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.
  3. Roll dough into balls and coat in coconut sugar.
  4. Bake at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Cool completely before serving.
