
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (or mix cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 shot espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 scoop KSL Colostrum Infused Collagen
- Dash of creatine (if you want PSL performance vibes)
Method
- In a small saucepan, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and sea salt. Heat gently until hot but not boiling.
- Froth with your KSL frother
- Pour over espresso in a mug.
- Sprinkle extra cinnamon or pumpkin spice on top.
