It’s creamy, nourishing, and the ultimate blend of tropical flavors and superfood power with blue spirulina, colostrum, coconut yogurt, and frozen banana.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or almond-coconut milk blend)
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1 scoop Colostrum Infused Collagen (optional) or plant based protein
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (for a thicker texture)

Always an option to add your own additional ingredients or a scoop of plant-based protein powder


Directions

  1. Combine: Add all ingredients to a blender: frozen banana, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, spirulina, colostrum powder, shredded coconut, and honey/maple syrup if desired.
  2. Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk for a thinner smoothie or ice cubes for a thicker texture.
  3. Serve: Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of shredded coconut or a dusting of blue spirulina powder for a beautiful finish.
