Ingredients:
1 cup plain kombucha
Juice of 1 lemon
A handful of muddled berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
½ cup sparkling water
Fresh basil or mint leaves (optional)


Benefits: Packed with antioxidants and probiotics.
Instructions: Muddle berries in a glass, mix with kombucha and lemon juice, top with sparkling water, and garnish with herbs.
