Ingredients:
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup coconut water (or plain water)
1 spoonful of KSL Colostrum Infused Collagen
1 teaspoon honey, agave, or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1 frozen banana
Pineapple wedge or shredded coconut (for garnish)
Instructions:
Blend the Base: Add frozen pineapple, coconut milk, banana, coconut water, colostrum powder, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Add ice if you prefer a thicker, slushier consistency.
Serve: Pour into a glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for a tropical touch.
