This is my go-to iced latte I have just about every morning!
Ingredients:
- 1-2 shots of espresso (or 1 cup of brewed coffee)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or your choice of nut milk)
- Optional spoon full of Colostrum Infused Collagen (I’ll include this if I don’t plan on making a smoothie with Colostrum)
- If you like your latte sweeter, optional to add 1 tsp agave syrup
- Ice- sometimes I make ice cubes with coffee or almond milk so my latte doesn’t get watered down
Instructions:
- Prepare 1-2 espresso shots or brew 1 cup of coffee
- Prepare your Milk Mixture
- In a small bowl or frothing pitcher, whisk together 1/2 cup almond milk and 1 spoonful of your Colostrum Infused Collagen until smooth and frothy
- Fill your glass with ice and pour in your espresso then almond milk
- Optional to drizzle 1 tsp agave syrup over the top and stir gently to combine
