This is my go-to smoothie that I make a few times a week. It’s simple, easy, and delicious! 

It’s optional to add the Colostrum Infused Collagen or a scoop of your favorite protein powder. 

Enjoy! 


Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your favorite nut milk)
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries of your choice (e.g., raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shavings
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Toppings: Additional coconut shavings or cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy- optional to add more nut milk to blend.
  3. Pour into a glass or bowl and top with coconut shavings or cacao nibs.
