Green Goddess Smoothie
You’re going to LOVE this smoothie! It’s been my favorite lately. Packed with leafy greens and healthy fats, the Green Goddess Smoothie offers a powerful dose of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Spinach and avocado provide magnesium and potassium, which support muscle function and heart health. The Colostrum Infused Collagen adds extra benefits for skin and joint mobility.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach or kale (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop Colostrum Infused Collagen or plant based protein (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Adjust consistency by adding more almond milk if necessary.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
