Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree 
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup 
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (or mix cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 shot espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 scoop KSL Colostrum Infused Collagen
  • Dash of creatine (if you want PSL performance vibes)

Method

  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and sea salt. Heat gently until hot but not boiling.
  2. Froth with your KSL frother
  3. Pour over espresso in a mug.
  4. Sprinkle extra cinnamon or pumpkin spice on top.
