These overnight oats are the perfect healthy and nutrient-dense breakfast option. They are rich in fiber from oats and chia seeds, which help support digestion and regulate blood sugar levels. The antioxidant-packed berries provide vitamins like vitamin C and anthocyanins, which help protect against inflammation. The addition of almond butter adds healthy fats, keeping you full longer and supporting brain function. This breakfast is an excellent source of plant-based protein and omega-3 fatty acids from chia seeds, making it ideal for a balanced and energizing start to your day!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter for a different flavor)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • Optional scoop of Studio KSL Colostum Infused Collagen
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (anti-inflammatory)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional, for extra protein and healthy fats)

Directions:

  1. Combine Ingredients:
    • If adding the Colostrum Infused Collagen, froth or shake 1 scoop into the ½ cup unsweetened almond milk first
    • In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the oats, chia seeds, almond butter, almond milk, cinnamon, and maple syrup/honey (if using). Stir well to make sure the ingredients are well mixed. 
  2. Refrigerate Overnight:
    • Cover the jar/container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and soften.
  3. Top with Fresh Berries:
    • The next morning, give the oats a good stir. Add the fresh or frozen mixed berries on top for added sweetness and antioxidants. Sprinkle with hemp seeds for an extra protein boost.
